SHIPPING & ORDERS
When we receive your order, we will pack it and e-mail you an invoice. Once the invoiced amount is paid we’ll dispatch your order and send the tracking number. If you have not received your tracking number (waybill) then email email@example.com. Provide them with your invoice number and they will send you the tracking number.
Orders will be shipped within 2 days of full payment received. We use Hermes or the Post Office. Should you wish to use an alternative postage service we cannot be reliable for any lost or damaged packages.
